Full Step-By-Step Application Process

1. Create an application using the online Northlands College Program Application form

Click the Northlands College Program Application form below to get started. You will be asked to register for an applicant account, or use an existing account if you have one.

2. Gather and make a copy of all your transcripts or other required documents

  • You may need to order them.
  • If you are currently in school, you need to have a preliminary statement of marks form filled out by your current school.

2. Submit your completed online application form including all required documents

Alternatively, you can submit documents using the following methods:

In person: Drop-off at your nearest campus

You will receive a notification to inform you of any missing documentation and the next step in the process (e.g. interview).

A student advisor will be assigned to your file to provide support. This staff member’s name will appear on all correspondence.

3. After you have completed the application process, you will receive further correspondence stating your admissions status as:

✓ Accepted on the condition of – applicants will be required to meet further expectations and submit further documentation. These expectations and documents may include:

  • Proof of acceptance or re-admittance into the University of Saskatchewan or University of Regina
  • Proof of application for or acceptance of funding
  • A copy of your high school transcripts if you used a preliminary statement of marks for acceptance
  • Arrangments for housing, transportation, and childcare are established prior to program start up

5. Continue to check the website for admissions updates and details on orientation dates, classroom locations and other pertinent information.
